Computer Disks are...
 
  • Disk Jobs Are Quoted to be Trouble-Free
    Crane requires well organized disk files. never put outdated versions of job files on the disk. Customer should put the version Crane is going to use on the disk. If customer requires to put items on a disk that are not for Crane to use, Customer should be put items in a folder labeled "DO NOT USE". All components (files, fonts, graphics, scans, laser proofs) should be sent at one time.

  • When disks are not Trouble-Free
    Crane charges for time spent on disks submitted that are not trouble free. Troubled Disks encountered by Crane will result in additional charges to Customer. Click here for Cranes schedule of charges for troubled disks.
